A Hong Kong-registered consulting company working from Nanning, Guangxi, China — we help overseas buyers and investors find, assess and secure the technology and the partners they need.
Who We Are
Sinotech Energy Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, China, and established in 2018. Our registration is in Hong Kong and our operating base is in Nanning, Guangxi, China. We work with technology partners and manufacturers in China to bring their technology and production capability to clients in international markets.
We are a consulting company, not a manufacturer. Our value is judgement: identifying which technology is genuinely suited to a given market, which partner can supply and support it, and how the commercial and regulatory path to delivery is structured. We integrate solutions — bringing technology, partners and commercial structure together into one workable scope. We also market that capacity abroad, presenting what our partners can build and deliver to buyers who need it. We work on the buyer’s side of the table — assessing feasibility, introducing partners, and coordinating the parties until an agreement is reached and implemented.
Our work is organized into five divisions: New Energy, IT & Technology, UAV & Drones, Business Consulting and International Trade. Business Consulting is our core business — it is how we operate across every other division. New Energy, IT & Technology and UAV & Drones are active today, backed by named technology partners. International Trade runs alongside them in three established product lines: conventional energy, food and agricultural products, and apparel.

Where We Focus
Saudi Arabia & the Middle East
Our current market focus is Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. All five divisions are directed at the Saudi market, and we work through local partners on the ground. Our objective is a shared one: to bring Chinese technology and production capability into projects that Saudi partners lead and benefit from.
Our waste-to-energy work is aligned with the relevant national planning priority in each location, and we work through requirements item by item. For waste-to-energy we work with a Chinese technology partner whose reference projects include operating plants in China and overseas. Our role in these projects is consulting first, and then close involvement during implementation — coordinating the parties, and taking part in delivery. In some projects we act as the main contractor; in others through subcontracting arrangements. The structure follows the project. We are also in discussion with Saudi Telecom Company (STC) regarding a prospective cooperation on near-space solar-powered UAV platforms for connectivity and coverage applications.

China
Our operating base in Nanning, Guangxi, China gives us direct working access to the technology partners and manufacturing capacity we represent. Our technology partners’ reference projects include installations in Sri Lanka and Thailand as well as across China.
International Enquiries
Our registration in Hong Kong, China supports cross-border contracting, settlement and document handling for international projects. Alongside our current Middle East focus, we continue to work with partners in Southeast Asia and other international markets. We work in English and Chinese.
